Contact Centre Agent - 29th June Start

What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for insurance, fleet, and cash-paying customers, you’ll:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
• Manage customer claims and enquiries efficiently
• Support customers across multiple communication channels
• Offer tailored solutions based on individual customer needs
• Protect customer data and follow Consumer Duty requirements
• Work towards first contact resolution wherever possible
• Collaborate with your team to achieve quality and performance goals
• Continuously develop your skills through coaching and training

About you:

• Friendly, calm, and confident communicator with a passion for customer service
• Strong listener with good problem-solving skills
• Positive team player who enjoys helping others
• Adaptable, organised, and detail-focused
• Good communication, literacy, numeracy, and typing skills
• Can-do attitude with a focus on great customer journeys
• Previous contact centre experience is desirable, but not essential
