Fleet Administrator

We are now looking for a proactive and organised Fleet Coordinator to join our Fleet Department. In this role, you will help manage the Service, Maintenance and Repairs (SMR) of our company fleet, covering both cars and light commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Fleet Manager and Fleet Administrator in overseeing the Auto Windscreens fleet
  • Manage and plan appointments to optimise fleet availability
  • Carry out general administration tasks to assist the Fleet Manager
  • Provide excellent support to colleagues and customers, both internally and externally
  • Liaise with internal customers, technicians and Area Deployment Centres, including Regional and Area Managers
  • Manage invoicing, including creating and receipting purchase orders
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as directed by the Fleet Manager

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Proven organisational and planning ability
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work demands
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Ability to manage workloads efficiently for technicians
