Are you passionate about social media and digital marketing? We're looking for a Junior Paid Social Executive to join our marketing team, supporting the delivery and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of brands.

The Role
You'll support the management, optimisation and reporting of paid social campaigns, helping to improve performance, maximise ROI and deliver valuable insights across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
• Supporting the day to day management of paid social campaigns
• Monitoring performance and optimising campaigns to improve results
• Assisting with budget management and ROI tracking
• Working with creative teams to develop engaging ad content
• Conducting audience research and targeting analysis
• Supporting paid social and affiliate marketing activity
• Producing campaign reports, insights and recommendations
• Keeping up to date with platform trends and best practice
What We're Looking For
• Strong interest in paid social and digital marketing
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage deadlines
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of Meta Business Manager is desirable
• Exposure to affiliate marketing is a bonus
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
