1st Line Technical Support - French & English Speaking
Location: Ideally, hybrid to Tunbridge Wells, Kent, but flexible for the right candidate
VisionTrack is a leading provider of video telematics solutions, delivering innovative technology that helps fleets improve safety, performance and operational efficiency.
This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to expand our French customer base. We are looking for a fluent French and English speaker to join our 1st Line Technical Support team, supporting customers with technical queries, service tickets and remote troubleshooting across our video telematics products and platforms.
You do not need to be highly experienced for this role. What matters most is that you are technically minded, curious, enjoy working with technology and have a genuine interest in hardware, devices and fixing problems. This could suit someone with some technical support, IT, service desk, electronics, automotive, installation, mobile device, hardware or general technology experience who is keen to develop.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll provide first-line technical support to customers across phone, email and chat, helping to diagnose and resolve issues relating to VisionTrack’s video telematics devices and platform.
